QtAB, Application That Allows ADB Linking Android Phone or Tablet Computer


Android Debug Bridge (ADB) is an application that can connect the phone or Android tablet with a PC or notebook. Not only that, this application can also be used to send commands or commands via WiFi or USB.




ADB itself is part of the Android Software Developer Kit, but in this session you do not need to install the Android SDK as a whole. There is an application called QtADB that can connect a PC-based Mac, Linux or Windows with Android devices using ADB. QtADB application so special is the appearance of a GUI, so no need to use the command prompt.

- Back up or restore the application or to copy to a computer
- Uninstall applications in mobile phones

In addition there is also a useful window ADB Shell to enter the command manually using a terminal window.

With this application, you can also manage SMS messages. But before, you must install the application QtADB in mobile phones to access SMS messages via your PC. But to be able to use all features of this application, you have to root your phone first. If the phone is on-root, then this application may be freely used and can facilitate the transfer data or back them up to a computer.
